How it will work

Registration

To reserve entry, each contestant must register online or register on-site during the allotted check-in period. We have a limited number of slots open and all contestant entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the slots are filled up, there will be a waitlist.

Check-In

There will be a designated time period on Sunday, July 10, 2022 for contestants to check-in and have a picture taken of their finished costume. If a contestant doesn’t check in during one of these periods, they will lose their spot and it will be given to someone on the waitlist.

Finalists

Contestants will be notified who the finalists are by midday on Sunday, July 10. Those finalists will move on to a final judging session that will take place later that afternoon.

Cosplay Parade and Winners Announcements

All contestants are welcome to participate in the parade that will take place on the MainStage. Each finalist will have 30 seconds on stage to discuss their costume. The winner will be announced at the end of the parade.
